BIKE WEEK 14-22 June 2008Bike Week is one of the UK's biggest cycling events. A national celebration of freedom, Bike Week is an annual opportunity to promote cycling as a source of fitness and fun. Up and down the country, thousands of free cycling events will provide the opportunity for everyone from total novices to passionate cyclists to get on their bikes. Wolves on Wheels and Wolves BUG are offering the following rides :- 14 June 2008 - Family Ride to the Bratch Steam Gala Wolves BUG is offering a family ride to the Steaming day and Gala at the Bratch Pumping Station in Wombourne and back on Saturday 14 June 2008. Meet 10am for 10-30am departure at Bantock Park playground. All welcome. Admission payable to enter gala. Catering available on site or bring packed lunch. Please bring your spare inner tubes and puncture repair materials for your bike(s). Call 01902 773747 for further details. 20 June 2008 - Midsummer Evening Ride to the CAT INN, ENVILLE, STAFFORDSHIRE. See you there or meet up at a Wolverhampton start point - (to be advised) to go with the ride leaders. Or meet you there. Fabulous bar food and a great ride out. Late return so cycle lights are essential. If you participate in any ride organised by or in the name of Wolves on Wheels Cycle Campaign, you do so entirely at your own risk.
