Cycling for Health
Climate change is the biggest threat to continuing human life on this planet followed by the battle against blubber. Wolverhampton is sadly a major player in the Obesity epidemic and the venue of choice for BBC Midlands today to report on the related issues. Cycling is the best form of aerobic exercise that is non-load bearing on the joints. It's also a useful form of travel, cheap, pollution-free and visually stimulating.
